Stafano Porro (Italy)

Nebbiolo, Langhe 2023:
Only 2,500 bottles of this Nebbiolo is made, seeing 50% whole clusters used, which is quite rare for Nebbiolo. The whole cluster usage give this Nebbiolo extra power and weight, though the elegance and lift is unwavered. Pairs perfectly with our Shepards Pie.

Chateau Peyredon Largravette (France)

Bordeaux: 2022
More delicate and less full bodied than some previous vintages, it is gorgeous and structured, with notes of blackcurrants and wet earth. Adds depth with our Steak and Potatoes w/Leeks

Chateau Gigault Cuvée Viva (France)

Bordeaux : 2015
Merlot-dominant red wine from the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation in France. Known for its rich, modern style, it offers notes of dark fruit, violet, and spice, aged in French oak. It is typically produced to be dense, well-balanced, and age-worthy.
Pairs perfectly with our French Onion Soup Pot Roast.
